These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
We reserve the right to amend or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions apply to your ticket or merchandise purchase with immediate effect from the date of publication on our website. There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Products, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, resold, or refunded. If an event is cancelled, you will be offered a credit voucher or a refund.
If an event is rescheduled, you will be offered an exchange, credit voucher or refund, which must be requested before 9am on the date of the rescheduled event.
Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets and will not include associated booking fees, delivery charge and/or restoration levy. Refunds or exchanges must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking.
Some performances may have specific conditions of sale. These will be listed on the event pages for that event on this site and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check this before they purchase tickets.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.
The Company reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.
Tickets are for sale to over 18s only.
2. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register with the Site in order to access the Products. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
All Products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that Products will be in stock. Certain Products may be available exclusively online through the Site. Such Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of the Products offered or available on the Site. All descriptions or pricing of the Products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Products at any time for any reason. We do not warrant that the quality of any of the Products purchased by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Site will be corrected.
4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro, all via Wix Payments.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of the Products made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Pounds Sterling.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
The Company may introduce additional safety measures for customers and staff attending performances in accordance with Government guidelines and/or our own risk assessment of the events. If measures are introduced, you will be informed by email as soon as possible. All attendees will be required to comply with these measures.
Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
For security reasons, bags may be searched as a condition of entry.
The Company reserves the right to refuse admission.
6. VIOLENCE TO STAFF
Our staff and actors are committed to creating an unforgettable experience for everyone. We ask that you show them and your fellow audience members respect. Physical or verbally abusive or threatening behaviour towards our actors, staff, members of staff of the venue of our audience is offensive and unacceptable. Any such incidences will be investigated, and appropriate action taken.
If you are attending an event and someone is acting in an intimidating, aggressive or threatening manner, please speak to any member of staff who can contact the Duty Manager.
The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, all data collected from you is used solely to process your purchases, unless you have given us your consent to process your data for additional purposes.
You have a right to access the information we hold about you. Please contact The Company in writing to obtain this information. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity before the information is shared with you.
We may be obliged to share personal information if required to do so by law to statutory bodies, including the Gambling Commission or other government bodies.
